We start with a no-obligation introduction call, where we discuss your goals, preferences and priorities. Beforehand, you can share some details via the contact form, complete the free assessment, or request a tailored quote. After signing the agreement, we move into the concept phase, where we develop solutions together - on equal terms. Throughout the project, you’ll stay actively involved with full transparency on progress. For communication, we use Microsoft Teams (and/or WhatsApp) for regular meetings, SharePoint preferably for file sharing. For many creative projects (such as brand identity, UI/UX web design, graphic design or monthly content plans), we work in Figma and/or Miro. There, you have direct access to our workspace, can leave comments at any time and actively contribute to the process. Especially for creative tasks like website or logo design, we consciously include your ideas - from concepts, inspirations and examples to concrete requests.In the end, what matters most is that you feel comfortable with the result and that your brand is represented authentically.

If you book a monthly plan (e.g. social media posts), payment is made monthly in advance. The minimum term is 3 months. After that, the plan renews automatically on a monthly basis. You can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice before the end of the term. For one-time projects, you can choose between several payment models: • 50/50 model: 50% before the project starts, 50% upon completion. • 30/40/30 model: 30% before the project starts, 40% after a defined milestone (e.g. concept approval), and 30% upon completion. • Full payment in advance (5% discount): Pay the full amount upfront and receive a 5% discount. Yes - with the Content Module. It allows you to have regular content created by us, such as social media posts or blog articles. The pricing model is simple: you pay monthly in advance, with a minimum term of 3 months. After that, you can pause or cancel your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice. That depends on the scope: smaller projects can often be completed within a few weeks, while larger website or content projects naturally take more time. The timeframe is always agreed upon before the contract begins, including clear milestones - giving you full transparency on the process and progress from day one. As a guideline, a standard project usually takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Our modules are designed to be flexible and can be combined in any way that suits your business needs. You can start with one module and add more later, or choose our Startup Deal. We use a combination of proven tools that have proven themselves in practice for different types of projects. Design & Creative: • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for graphic and image editing • Miro for creative concept development, mood boards and visual brainstorming • Figma for UI/UX design (larger website projects) • Procreate for illustrations Web Development (various platforms): • Wix (Studio): highly user-friendly, ideal for smaller businesses • WordPress: very flexible with a wide range of extensions • HubSpot: particularly useful for larger companies where CRM and marketing functions need to be integrated Collaboration & Feedback: • We use Miro workspace for brainstorming and collaborative project planning - ideal for developing ideas together. • The Figma workspace serves as a feedback tool for larger website projects and monthly content plans - allowing both us and our clients to keep an overview at all times. • For internal communication and project management, we use Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Teams. • On request, we’re also available via WhatsApp for quick and straightforward communication.

Instead of cluttered pages, we focus on structure and clear navigation - so visitors can quickly and easily find the content that really matters to them. If you pay in advance, you’ll also receive an additional 5% discount.

Once the project is finished, you’ll receive all final deliverables, including a personal training session (if agreed), so you can update and further develop your content independently. We’ll also remain available afterwards for any questions, support or additional services you may need. Since our modules build on each other, you can seamlessly continue if you wish – for example, with a monthly content plan, new web pages or additional brand development measures. We’re also happy to take care of your website maintenance, keeping it technically and content-wise up to date, at a monthly rate agreed in advance.
