  • Required information: Email address and industry/field of activity.

  • Purpose of processing: To determine your individual marketing needs and to send a confirmation email and a needs analysis no later than the end of the following business day.

  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

  • Required information: Email address and industry/field of activity.

  • Purpose of processing: To process your enquiry, send a confirmation email and – if requested – provide a non-binding offer no later than the end of the following business day.

  • If you use the “Request a callback” option, we will use your contact details solely to process your callback request.

  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Communication via WhatsApp
 

We offer the option to communicate via WhatsApp.
 

  • Service provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

  • It cannot be ruled out that data may also be transmitted to servers in third countries (e.g. the USA).

  • Please do not send any sensitive data via WhatsApp.

 
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

  • In the course of our work, we may use supporting systems based on artificial intelligence, for example for idea development, text support, structuring content, research support, translation, analysis, quality assurance or creative concept development.

  • The use of such systems is carried out responsibly, in accordance with the principle of data minimisation and in compliance with applicable data protection requirements as well as the European Union’s AI Act. We do not enter confidential information, trade secrets, access credentials, sensitive data or personal data that is not required into AI systems.

  • AI-generated results are not adopted by us without review. They serve as working and support tools and are professionally reviewed, editorially assessed and, where necessary, adjusted before use.

  • If, in individual cases, personal data is processed in connection with AI-supported tools, this is done only on an appropriate legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR, in particular for the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract, for the protection of legitimate interests, or on the basis of consent. Where external service providers are used, we ensure appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards.

  • We take appropriate organisational measures to ensure the responsible use of AI systems. These include, in particular, internal guidelines for the use of AI, awareness-raising among the persons involved, the promotion of AI literacy, and careful assessment of which information is necessary for the respective purpose.
